Lucien Lesna was born on January 11, 1863. He died on July 1, 1932.

The French rider was a two-time winner of the Paris-Roubaix Classic whose wins were in consecutive years.

The French rider won the 1901 Paris-Roubaix Classic in front of Ambroise Garin of France and Lucien Itsweire of France.

Lesna also won the 1902 Paris-Roubaix Classic in front of Edouard Wattelier of France and Ambroise Garin of France.
