Emile Decroix was born on March 5, 1904. He died on April 1, 1967.
The Belgian rider stood on the podium of the Paris-Roubaix Classic. Decroix was 3rd in the 1931 Paris-Roubaix Classic behind Gaston Rebry of Belgium and Charles Pelissier of France.
