Keetie Van Oosten-Hage was born on August 21, 1949.

The Dutch cyclist was a proven performer in the World Championship Road Race.

Van Oosten-Hage won the 1968 World Championship Road Race in front of Bayba Tsaune of the Soviet Union and Morena Tartagni of Italy.

Van Oosten-Hage won the 1976 World Championship Road Race in front of Laura Bissoli of Italy and Yvonne Reynders of Belgium.

Van Oosten-Hage was 2nd in the 1973 World Championship Road Race behind Nicole Vandenbroeck of Belgium.

Van Oosten-Hage was 2nd in the 1978 World Championship Road Race behind Beate Habetz of Germany.

Van Oosten-Hage was 3rd in the 1971 World Championship Road Race behind Anna Konkina of the Soviet Union and Morena Tartagni of Italy.

Van Oosten-Hage was 3rd in the 1974 World Championship Road Race behind Genevieve Gambillon of France and Bayba Tsaune of the Soviet Union.

Van Oosten-Hage was 3rd in the 1975 World Championship Road Race behind Tineke Fopma of the Netherlands and Genevieve Gambillon of France.
